Since 1997, I have been recruiting Sales, Marketing & Engineering talent throughout a variety of industries that have included: Industrial, Automotive and Consumer Products. Our searches span the U.S. and Canada. The last 10 years has had me more specialized within the heavy industrial/mechanical power transmission industries, placing sales talent at all different levels, but has also included engineers and marketing positions as well.
I like to believe that my approach with my candidates is unique from most other recruiters. In the initial conversation, I like to get to know the person I am talking with, to learn about their backgrounds/experience, what you like and dislike about your current and past positions, what is important to you in a position & more, instead of instantly jumping into titles, duties & money. I do my best to build a trusting relationship with candidates for not only current positions that we are trying to fill, but for future opportunities as well. I make it a practice to make sure to give timely feedback and updates as soon as that information is relayed to me. I'll be honest about whether we will be able to assist you in your search.
