Our primary focus has been supporting talent acquisition for Manufacturers of Mechanical Power Transmission Equipment with a focus on Sales, Marketing and Engineering ."Many candidates that I placed early in my career in entry level or mid- level roles are now in corporate management and ownership roles. During these external field sales roles, Wendell developed a keen sense of effective time and territory management practices, objection handling, as well as client qualifying processes that can be effective for successful candidates in addition to other related KPI's. This knowledge has been essential in helping to identify successful candidates well beyond just reviewing their resumes.

Personal: Wendell attended the University of Missouri with an Emphasis on Business. Married for over 25 years, 2 Children and 2 grandchildren. He is actively involved in his Church, St. Alphonsus Rock, and has coached and trained area youth in AAU and high school basketball in both Indiana and Missouri. Enjoys Weightlifting and is an avid golfer (Just not on the same day;-)!!
